We understand that things can happen. Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled at no cost.
See our Cancellation policy on the booking page for further details.
At this time, clients are unable to cancel their reservations on the platform. We understand how inconvenient this may be, but please send us an email or private message and we will be happy to accommodate as best as we can. Thank you for understanding, and this is something we are working on.

Other platforms are generalized, have high turnover, and can be a gamble for a lot of different reasons. Most of them focus mainly on dog care, and while we LOVE dogs, we are dedicated feline specialists. Our services are designed specifically for your cat's unique routine, keeping them safe and comfortable at home.

We are currently serving cats and their owners in the Seattle and Bellevue region, and most surrounding cities. There are some cities we are not licensed in, so please inquire if you have any questions!

Our business is based on premium, specialized care - not high-volume turnaround. Because many felines require time to “warm-up” to people, we limit our visits per day to ensure they are never rushed. We will always put safety and well-being above volume.

Generally, we will schedule a “meet & greet” with our clients at first. This helps to put a face to a name and makes it more personable. Allowing for a meet & greet can be crucial to knowing where things are such as extra food, litter, and toys. This also gives the opportunity for you to meet us! You can see how we interact with your cat and see if it is a good fit for everyone involved. We generally do a key exchange or entry instructions at meet & greet.

My partner and I are highly trained Veterinary Assistants who have spent at least 10+ years in the animal field. We have had the privilege of helping animals of all types in need, including chickens, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, squirrels, and rabbits — and of course dogs and cats! Our training includes emergency medicine, specialty care and training such as diabetic management and kidney disease, urgent care training, shelter care and general practice. This training has set us up for success when having your loved one in our care, because we are able to identify the subtle changes that may be happening while you are away from home. We are confident that your cat is in the best care with our service!
